REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order at any time before it is dispatched from our facility. Once the order has been handed over to our courier partner and a tracking number has been generated, cancellation is no longer possible.

After Dispatch Cancellation is not accepted once the order has been dispatched. You may raise a return request after delivery if the product qualifies under our Return Policy below.

Refund on Cancellation If your cancellation is confirmed before dispatch, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Cancellation by Jaddah Electronics We reserve the right to cancel orders in cases of stock unavailability, pricing errors, payment failure, unverifiable customer details, or suspected fraudulent activity. In all such cases, you will be notified and a full refund will be issued promptly.


Refund & Return Eligibility

We process refunds and returns only in the following situations. All requests are subject to verification by our support team.

Eligible for Refund or Return:

  • Product received in damaged condition — must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photo or video evidence
  • Defective or non-functional product — must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with a demonstration of the defect
  • Wrong product delivered — must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with a clear photo of the item received
  • Order cancelled before dispatch — full refund, no return required
  • Order not delivered — investigated via courier tracking; refund issued only if non-delivery is confirmed by the courier

Not Eligible for Refund or Return:

  • Change of mind after the product has been delivered
  • Product has been opened and used with no manufacturing defect
  • Damage caused by the customer after delivery due to misuse, accident, or negligence
  • Product returned without original packaging, box, accessories, charger, or warranty card
  • Products with removed, scratched, or altered IMEI or serial number
  • Cables, earphones, screen protectors, cases, and similar accessories once opened
  • Products explicitly marked as Final Sale or Non-Returnable at the time of purchase

Important: All refund and return requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery. Requests submitted after this window will not be accepted, except for latent manufacturing defects that could not have been identified at the time of delivery, which must be reported within 7 days with full documentation and evidence.


How to Request a Return or Refund

Step 1 — Contact us within 48 hours of delivery Email supportjaddahelectronic@gmail.com or call +91 9161754395. Share your Order ID, product name, and a clear description of the issue.

Step 2 — Submit evidence Attach clear photos or a short video showing the damage, defect, or wrong product received. Include the packaging and delivery label if available. Requests without evidence cannot be processed.

Step 3 — Wait for our review Our team will respond within 24 to 48 business hours. You will receive written confirmation of approval or rejection.

Step 4 — Return the product if required If a physical return is needed, we will share the return address with you. The product must be sent back in its original, undamaged packaging with all included accessories.

Return shipping cost:

  • If the return is due to a wrong or defective product dispatched by us, we will bear the return shipping cost.
  • For all other eligible returns, the customer bears the return shipping cost.

Do not ship any return without prior written approval from us. Unapproved returns will be refused at delivery.

Step 5 — Refund processed Once the returned item is received and verified, or if no return is required and the request is approved, the refund will be initiated within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.


Refund Timeline

  • Day 0 — Refund approved and initiated. You receive a confirmation via email or SMS.
  • Day 1 to 5 — Refund is submitted to our payment gateway for processing.
  • Day 5 to 10 — Amount is credited to your account by your bank. UPI and wallet refunds are generally faster. Card refunds may take an additional 2 to 3 days depending on your bank.

Refund Method All refunds are credited to the original payment method used at checkout — UPI, debit card, credit card, net banking, or wallet. We do not issue cash refunds or transfer to a different account or payment method.

If you have not received your refund within 10 business days of approval, please contact us with your Order ID and refund confirmation reference. We will investigate with our payment gateway on your behalf.


Disputes and Chargebacks

We strongly urge all customers to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback or dispute with their bank or payment provider. Most issues including non-receipt, damage, or wrong delivery can be resolved quickly through our support process.

Filing an unjustified chargeback without first contacting us is a violation of our Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to provide transaction evidence and dispute all such chargebacks through our payment gateway.


Grievance Redressal

If your concern is not resolved within 7 business days of first contacting our support team, you may escalate to our Grievance Officer:

All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Kanpur Nagar, Uttar Pradesh, India.
